Real Women Have Belly fat

Sometime in 2009, Glamour Magazine chose to run this Picture(above) on page 194 of its september issue as it depicted the image of a real woman and it commanded a lot of attention from the public.

Here's the deal: The picture wasn't of a celebrity. It wasn't of a supermodel. It was of a woman sitting in
her underwear with a smile on her face and a belly that looks............................wait for it.............normal.

Although magazines would have us believe that the ideal lady has flawless skin, impossibly long legs and extremely flat tummy, this particular magazine begged to differ and i completely agree!

This is what the belly of a real woman looks like, forget the media. Needless to say, hehehe... that I'm a proud real woman.

Isn't this the reality of all our (women) bellies?
