IS IMPOTENCE REALLY A DEATH SENTENCE?

Ok, I have a friend who has this other friend. His friend is in his early 20's and has been going through an erectile dysfunction phase for almost 2 years now. according to him, he is usually able to get a hard-on but its never strong enough to actually penetrate. He resorted to viagra, but
there wasn't any significant change and the few medical practitioners he has seen keep telling him its all in his head. Everything he has tried doesn't seem to work and his inability to sustain an erection has been really affecting his self esteem, more so because he's quite young. Now, claiming that all hope is lost, he told my friend that he was contemplating suicide...and judging from how serious my friend was while narrating this story, he's friend must have been really serious as well.
So, that brings me to this, Is being impotent enough reason to kill ones self? is life really worthless without sex? is fulfillment that far-fetched without this physical pleasure? Is there really no hope of restoration for his predicament?

  1. That shouldnt be de end 4him. Impotency could be primary or secondary. "ANXIETY" can really make the situation worst. But in all, there is a solution to it.
Primary impotence; Men with primary impotence have
never had sufficient erections for satisfactory
intercourse. This form of impotence is rare and
    often caused by extreme psychological
conditions, such as intense fear of
    intimacy,
extreme feelings of guilt and severe anxiety.
    Secondary impotence the loss of
erectile function after a period of normal
function, is more common. Men with secondary
impotence are typically able to engage in
intercourse only 25% of the time. This form
typically comes on gradually and is usually
more easily treatable than primary impotence.
Psychology is a great factor dt affects functionin in men. I believe, the first line of action is; he has to develop self confidence. Feel happy wen havin a play wit her. It could persist, but comstant practice can yeild something positive. If it persist, let him see a therapist
